- Proposed refurbishment and improvement works to the existing Garde II Church providing improved heating and thermal insulation, including a completely new floor structure, and reconfigured internal spaces
- Remedial works undertaken to the ruined east end wall of a mediaeval church located within the grounds
New Gym Unit
Cambridge Retail park (services provided as a sub-consultant to Gardiner & Theobald)
- A new shell and core building for later Tenant fit out for a new two-storey gym building
- A separate enabling works contract removes two buried concrete ground slabs prior to commencement of the main works contract
Courtauld Galleries
Fitzwilliam Museum (services provided as a sub-consultant to Gardiner & Theobald)
- The initial phase of the refurbishment and improvements to the environmental conditions and building fabric to galleries within the Grade I listed Museum
- Stringent security and access requirements to both the Contractor’s compound and the works areas within the Museum and limitations on the Contractor’s working hours

Divinity School (work undertaken whilst at Gardiner & Theobald)
- Sympathetic redevelopment of an existing Grade II listed building to create offices, supervision spaces, lecture theatre, exhibition/congregation area and storage
- Significant archaeological investigations on site of an historic graveyard
New Academic Building
University of East Anglia (work undertaken whilst at Gardiner & Theobald)
- Four storey academic building utilising the unusual combination of cross laminated timber panels and Termodeck floor slabs
- Two-stage design and build procurement
Building B300
Gt Chesterford Business Park (work undertaken whilst at Gardiner & Theobald)
- Fit out of a shell and core building to provide a new Pharmaceutical process development suite
- JCT Constructing Excellence Contract with bespoke amendments for Construction Management and a pain/gain mechanism for the Construction Manager and Trade Contractors

- Multi-phase residential development on a brownfield site in central Cambridge
- 264 private dwellings and 114 affordable units
- Phase 1 won the Stirling Prize in 2008
